2. 我們會收集的資料

• 你主動提供的資料，例如稱呼、電話、WhatsApp 訊息、家庭情況、請姐姐要求、面試安排及查詢內容。
• 網站使用資料，例如你瀏覽的頁面、來源渠道、基本裝置及瀏覽器資料。這些資料用於改善網站、廣告及客戶跟進流程。
• 與服務相關的文件或資料，例如申請流程中由客戶提供的必要資料。實際收集範圍以當時服務需要及法例要求為準。
• 授權社交媒體管理人員的 Meta / Facebook 資料，例如姓名、帳戶 ID、可管理的 Page 清單、Page ID、Page name、Page tasks 及 Page access token。

3. 網站量度、歸因 Cookie 及第三方工具

目前網站在頁面載入時，會在未另行取得 Cookie 同意前載入量度及廣告工具，並設定下列第一方歸因 Cookie。這些 Cookie 並非瀏覽網站或提交表格的必要條件。

• Cookie 種類及保存：sh_cid（隨機瀏覽器識別碼）、sh_first_touch（首次來源）及 sh_last_touch（最近來源）。在 stronghelper.hk 使用時，Cookie 可供 .stronghelper.hk 子網域讀取，設定為 SameSite=Lax，並由每次寫入起最多保存 90 日。
• 第一方歸因 Cookie 資料及目的：上述 sh_* Cookie 可能包括隨機識別碼、瀏覽頁徑、來源網站、時間、來源渠道、UTM 參數、Google Ads 點擊識別碼（gclid、gbraid、wbraid）及 Meta 點擊識別碼（fbclid），用於了解查詢來源、網站及廣告成效。
• 姐姐申請來源欄位：姐姐申請紀錄只保存當前申請頁經過格式、長度及私隱形狀過濾的平面來源欄位，包括 UTM、landingPath、HTTP(S) referrer origin，以及通過白名單格式檢查的 fbclid（如有）。紀錄不會加入 sh_cid、首次／最近來源 Cookie，亦不保存 gclid、gbraid 或 wbraid。
• 第三方：Google Analytics、Google Ads 及 Meta Pixel 會在頁面載入時接收其工具運作所需的頁面、瀏覽器／裝置、來源及活動資料，並按各自政策處理。WhatsApp 只在你選擇聯絡我們時使用。
• 是否必須及拒絕後果：你可透過瀏覽器設定、私人瀏覽模式或內容阻擋工具拒絕或刪除這些 Cookie。如只拒絕或刪除上述量度及廣告 Cookie，網站內容及表格核心功能仍可使用，但來源歸因及成效量度會較不完整，刪除後再次瀏覽亦可能產生新的隨機識別碼；如瀏覽器或工具同時阻擋 Firebase 所需服務，表格可能無法送出。目前網站未提供獨立 Cookie 偏好開關。
• 刪除範圍：瀏覽器 Cookie 需由你在所用裝置刪除。你亦可透過 WhatsApp / Tel +852 5500 1399 要求我們處理大力女傭中心控制範圍內、可核實並不再需要保存的相關個人資料；第三方平台所持資料須按其私隱及刪除機制處理。

4. 我們如何使用資料

• 回覆查詢、了解家庭需要、安排姐姐配對、CV shortlist、面試及後續跟進。
• 處理合規、服務紀錄、客戶支援、內部交接及營運管理。
• 改善網站、AI intake、helper matching、廣告內容及客戶體驗。
• 由已授權人員使用 Meta Graph API，將已批准的內容發佈到大力女傭中心官方 Facebook Page，並讀取發佈狀態及基本互動資料作營運記錄。

5. 姐姐申請及個人資料收集聲明 Helper Application and Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)

必須的私人配對用途：申請人必須同意本中心將其資料用於招聘、內部審核、姐姐配對，以及透過私人渠道（包括 WhatsApp）將個人檔案分享給潛在僱主。如不同意，我們將無法處理配對申請。

資料類別：申請表可能包括姓名及聯絡資料、個人檔案、相片、工作經驗、技能、語言、工作偏好、家庭及緊急聯絡資料，以及申請來源和同意紀錄。

資料接收人或類別：大力女傭中心獲授權員工、為表格、儲存及營運提供技術支援的服務供應商，以及就私人配對而言的潛在僱主。

可選擇的公開及社交媒體用途：只有申請人另行勾選「公開個人檔案」同意，並經本中心批准後，我們才可將獲批准的公開配對資料，例如名字（只用名，不用姓氏）／參考編號、年齡、國籍、技能、工作經驗及獲批准的相片用於 stronghelper.hk、大力女傭中心官方 Facebook / Instagram 貼文及付費廣告，以協助申請人尋找僱主。此用途的資料接收人或類別可包括網站訪客、Facebook / Instagram 用戶、Meta 及廣告受眾。不勾選絕不影響申請或私人配對。

不會公開的資料：我們不會在網站或社交媒體公開申請人的全名／姓氏、電話號碼、電郵、地址、精確／目前位置、護照號碼、HKID 號碼、完整出生日期、緊急聯絡人資料、期望薪金或內部備註。

公開風險及撤回：公開內容可能被第三方查看、複製或轉發。申請人可隨時透過 WhatsApp +852 5500 1399 以書面方式撤回對日後公開用途的同意。我們會在合理可行範圍內，從大力女傭中心控制的網站、官方貼文及廣告移除相關內容，並停止日後公開使用；但我們未必能收回已被第三方複製或分享的副本。

Required private matching purpose: An applicant must agree that Strong Helper Agency may use her information for recruitment, internal review and helper matching, and may privately share her profile with prospective employers, including by WhatsApp. Without this consent, we cannot process the matching application.

Data categories: The application may include name and contact details, profile information, photos, work history, skills, languages, work preferences, family and emergency-contact information, application attribution, and consent records.

Recipients or classes of recipients: Authorised Strong Helper Agency staff; service providers supporting the form, storage and operations; and prospective employers receiving profiles through private matching channels.

Optional public and social-media use: Only where the applicant separately ticks the public-profile consent and Strong Helper approves the profile may approved public matching details, such as first name (without surname) / reference, age, nationality, skills, work experience and an approved photo, be used on stronghelper.hk, Strong Helper's official Facebook / Instagram posts, and paid ads to help the applicant find an employer. Recipients or classes of recipients for this use may include website visitors, Facebook / Instagram users, Meta and advertising audiences. Not ticking the optional box will not affect the application or private matching.

Excluded from public use: We will not publish the applicant's full name / surname, phone number, email, address, exact / current location, passport number, HKID number, full date of birth, emergency-contact details, expected salary or internal notes on the website or social media.

Public-copying risk and withdrawal: Public content may be viewed, copied or shared by third parties. The applicant may withdraw consent for future public use at any time in writing by WhatsApp +852 5500 1399. We will take reasonable steps to remove the relevant content from Strong Helper-controlled websites, official posts and ads, and stop future public use, but we may not be able to retrieve copies already copied or shared by third parties.

6. Meta / Facebook API 使用說明

我們的 Meta app 只供大力女傭中心及獲授權管理人員使用，用於管理官方 Facebook Page 內容。系統不會替未授權人士發佈內容，不會代客戶登入 Facebook，也不會出售或出租任何 Meta 資料。

所有對外貼文在發佈前均需由負責人審閱及批准。貼文內容不得暗示姐姐可在未完成正式合約及合規程序前到僱主家中工作。

7. 第三方服務

• Meta / Facebook：用於官方專頁管理、登入授權、Page publishing API、網站 Pixel / 廣告成效量度及再行銷受眾。
• Google / Firebase / Hosting：用於網站、表單、資料儲存、分析或內部系統。
• WhatsApp：用於客戶查詢及服務跟進。

8. 資料保存及保安

• 我們只在服務、合規、營運或法律需要期間保存資料。
• Access token、API key 及內部操作記錄只會存放於受限制的系統或部署環境，不會公開在網站或前端程式碼。
• 我們會按職責限制資料存取，並使用合理技術及管理措施保護資料。

9. 你的權利

你可以要求查閱、更正或刪除我們持有的個人資料。請透過 WhatsApp / Tel +852 5500 1399 聯絡我們。

10. 政策更新

我們可能因服務、法例或平台政策變更而更新本私隱政策。最新版本會刊登於本頁。
